These Terms govern your use of the Citation Nebula Map ("the Service"), operated by ConsultSciences ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is a free, publicly accessible web application that renders an interactive three-dimensional map of curated scientific literature on the mesenchymal stem cell secretome in regenerative medicine. Papers are grouped into eight disease clusters and connected by edges derived from keyword co-occurrence and reference overlap. It requires no account and runs entirely in your browser after loading static assets.
The Service is provided free of charge. We do not sell anything through it, process payments, or offer paid subscriptions. See our Refund Policy statement.
The site code and visual design are owned by ConsultSciences. Bibliographic metadata and abstract summaries embedded in the corpus remain the property of their respective authors and publishers; entries link out to publisher pages via DOI. Citations to scholarly works are provided for research and educational purposes. No licence to reuse third-party copyrighted content beyond personal research reference is granted.
The Service presents literature metadata and short summaries for informational, educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as a basis for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any condition in humans or animals. Edge placement reflects computational heuristics (keyword co-occurrence, cluster affinity), not validated causal relationships. Always consult qualified professionals and read the original publications before drawing conclusions.
We aim for continuous availability but provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConsultSciences is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or research outcomes arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including liability for intent or gross negligence, and statutory consumer rights).
Your right to use the Service ends if you breach these Terms. We may block access in cases of misuse. Since no accounts exist, termination simply means discontinuing access to the public pages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes bump the version date shown above; returning visitors are asked to re-acknowledge the current version via the consent gate. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
